Make the most of exam time

Exams are just around the corner, making it a stressful time for students at university and college. Read some of our top tips to make the most of exam time and improve your studying skills.

1. Brain supplements

Try memory booster pills to improve academic performance and leave you feeling more confident about going into an exam. BRAINXP Boost contains medium-chain triglycerides which support and increase your body's energy levels, allowing you to stay concentrated while studying.

With a healthy diet, these supplements are great for fueling your body and brain. If your morning coffee helps you focus, but also gives you jitters and irritability then BRAINXP Focus is a great supplement for that, it allows you to have that caffeine-induced energy, in a tablet, without the jitters.

2. Exercise

Taking a walk before an exam has proven to improve performance during an exam by keeping your brain active and encourage adrenaline and positive brain chemicals. Caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10) are great supplements for boosting energy and athletic performance - you can find these in BRAINXP Boost!

3. Use apps to block certain sites

Distraction and procrastination is a killer for concentration! If you're struggling to stay on target, there are plenty of apps available to block certain websites for a set amount of time. Combine it with BRAINXP to improve memory and store information while studying by staying fully focused.

4. Make it fun

Whether studying with mates or making a game out of certain study subjects, having fun can increase what you remember. Being stuck in a library makes distractions even more tempting, so having fun while studying removes the temptation of procrastination.

5. Take a break

Resetting your brain by taking a break is important even when using brain health supplements. Taking a short walk, getting fresh air or even just making a cup of tea allows your brain to process what you've learnt so far and store it correctly.

After 90 minutes of studying, most brains will no longer take in new information, so keep your focus high with a short break.
